Dear ANEFO Member,
Greetings. A list of the proposed changes to the current ANEFO Constitution and By-laws were distributed at the ANEFO meeting on Monday, October 20, 2015. A copy of the proposed changes was also mailed to all members who were not in attendance. A copy of the proposed changes is also posted below.
The Executive Board recently established a committee of ANEFO members to review the current by-laws and proposed changes to update them to established practices and to modernize them to the current year. These changes will be voted on at the Business Meeting on November 2, 2015.
Changes to the Constitution require a 2/3 vote of the membership present, while changes to the by-laws require a simple majority of the members present.
The current Executive Committee is committed to following the rules and regulations of our Association. Understand that a negative vote to any changes, would leave the current by-law in place. The full Constitution and by-laws can be found on the ANEFO website. Thank you for your anticipated diligence in reviewing these changes and for your participation at the business meeting.
