Use this form to register and pay your ANEFO dues. This registration form can also be used by candidates wishing to take the ANEFO Online Officials/Candidate Course. After submitting this form you will be redirected to PayPal to submit your payment (see screenshot at bottom of this page). If you do not wish to pay by credit card, click the Cancel and Return link on the PayPal page and you will be returned to a page with instructions for mailing your check to the Association Secretary/Treasurer – Bob Prestera.
