There were six rule changes presented by Interpreter Tommy Brow at the ANEFO meeting on June 30, 2014 at the Irish-American Club. 
They were:
- Removal of yardage penalty – Instant Replay,
- Low hits on the Quarterback,
- In position to receive a backward pass,
- In-bounds vs. Out-of-bounds,
- Twelve men on the field – Defense,
- Personal foul by defense on a Pass Play.
