There was a meeting of the ANEFO on Monday, June 17, 2019. First, Brian Doherty, ANEFO President, addressed the officials and started the ceremonial kickoff of the 100th Year Anniversary of the ANEFO. Next, Tom Brow, ANEFO Rules Interpreter, discussed the differences between High School Federation Rules and NCAA College Rules with regards to: Free Kick Plays, Scrimmage Kick Plays, Running Plays, Passing Plays, and Scrimmage Kick Plays. The officials viewed this week’s videos highlighting of several college football plays, high school Federation football plays, and game officials’ decisions. Anthony Fullana, who has 25 years experience officiating football games played under Federation Rules, was a helpful resource.
